We offer same-day service in most parts of Long Island. In many areas of Suffolk County, we can arrive within 2–4 hours of booking. We operate 7 days a week, 8am–8pm. Book early for morning slots!
We're available Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We also accept bookings for next-day morning appointments the night before.
Yes — every repair comes with a 90-day warranty. If there's an issue with our parts or workmanship within 90 days, we'll fix it free of charge. We also don't collect payment until the repair is done and you're satisfied.

Pricing & Payment
Prices vary by device model and repair type. Screen replacements start at $79, battery replacements at $59, back glass repair at $89. You always get a firm price before we start — no hidden fees. We're typically 30–50% less than Apple Store or carrier repair pricing.
Payment is collected after the repair is complete and you've confirmed you're satisfied. We never charge upfront.
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards.
No trip charge for most repairs in Suffolk County. For some repairs in Nassau County or outer areas, a small travel fee may apply — we'll always tell you at booking before you commit.
Devices & Repairs
We repair all major smartphones: all iPhone models (iPhone 6 through iPhone 15 Pro Max), Samsung Galaxy (S, A, Note series), Google Pixel, OnePlus, LG, Motorola, and more. Ask us about your specific model!
We carry the most common parts for top iPhone and Samsung models in our mobile repair kit. For less common models or specialty repairs, we may need to order the part — usually 1–2 business days.
Sometimes. It depends on the cause. We can diagnose and often fix dead-phone situations, including battery failure, software issues, and some hardware damage. Call us to describe the situation and we'll advise.

Data & Safety
Absolutely. Hardware repairs (screen, battery, back glass, ports) don't affect your data in any way. We don't ask for your passcode except briefly after a screen replacement to test Touch ID or Face ID. Your phone stays with you the whole time.
We always recommend backing up your phone before any service as a general best practice — though it isn't required for most hardware repairs. iCloud backups take just a few minutes.
Data recovery from severely damaged phones is complex and not something we specialize in. For standard repairs (cracked screens, batteries), your data is completely untouched.
