Step 1: Book Online or Call Us

Use our quick booking form by clicking Book a Repair anywhere on this site, or call/text us at (631) 555-0199. Tell us your phone model, what's wrong, and your location in Long Island. We'll confirm your appointment within minutes.

Step 2: We Come to Your Location

Our certified technician will come to wherever you are — your home, office, café, hotel, or anywhere in Suffolk County or Nassau County. We'll give you an ETA and update you if anything changes. No need to be somewhere special — you can keep working, watching TV, or doing whatever you're doing.

Step 3: We Fix It Right in Front of You

The technician arrives with your part already in hand (for common repairs) and gets to work. You can watch the entire repair if you'd like — we have nothing to hide. Most repairs are complete in 20–45 minutes. Before we leave, we test everything to make sure the repair is 100% working.

Step 4: Pay & Go

We only collect payment after the repair is done and you're happy with it. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit/debit cards. You'll also get a written record of your 90-day repair warranty.

We offer same-day service across most of Long Island. In many areas of Suffolk County, we can arrive within 2–4 hours of booking. We operate 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Book early for morning slots!
No special prep needed. Just make sure you know your phone passcode (some repairs may require brief passcode entry to test touch/Face ID after). Keep your phone plugged in if possible so it has battery.
We carry the most common parts for top iPhone and Samsung models in our mobile unit. For less common models or specialized parts, we'll let you know at booking and schedule accordingly — usually next-day service.
100%. Hardware repairs (screen, battery, back glass, ports) don't involve your data at all. We don't ask for your passcode except briefly during post-repair testing of touch/Face ID. Your phone stays with you the entire time.
If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right before we leave. And if any issue arises from our repair within 90 days, we'll fix it at no charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
